"The 10 Rules of Pricing" for ATG Gold

Okay family.

Ben and I were chatting about this today. And @keeganrs and I have discussed some of this too. Here is the beginning of how I help our family with some of the things we have been successful with. We all need to make a living putting out ATG gold. Here is a practical guide to pricing.

The 10 rules of Pricing.

1. Value your time and your worth. NO MORE FREE.

2. NO more 5 or 10 packs.

3. Start with the end in mind 12 month, 6 month or 3 month packages minimum.

4. Start with highest ticket item first. What is 12 months training 4 or 5 times a week.

5. Understand your location. London, LA, New York, Toronto, Oklahoma City, Toledo, New Delhi, Perth...

6. You are the entrepreneur. Try it and if it doesn't work assess and change.

7. Pricing is on one sheet. Make it clear and simple.

8. Agree on pricing before you start to train.

9. Collect money first then start to train.

10. Track sessions. Track cancellations. Be organized and professional.

I will also be doing a call every other week for our coaches to go over case studies and trouble shoot pricing and business ideas for our in person coaches.

I want all of us to succeed so we can travel and train together and build great lives for our clients and ourselves.

Next part is more complicated.

How do we build periodization models for long term client progress and retention. This will also be part of the call.
