15 y/o Basketball Tips

Hey, I have a 15 year old daughter that plays Varsity high school basketball.  She did 6 weeks ATG pre season, what do you recommend for her?? Off season basketball jump program? Women’s standards? Zero, Dense, Standards??

She’s tall 5’11 and skinny. The goal is to bulletproof her joints while increasing speed and vertical.


Answer

Trent tall and skinny responds very well to Dense!!! That would probably increase her jump the most, at this stage. 3 days a week of LEGS, ATG-style, for 10 sets. Thus, not requiring a ton of weight but allowing some serious changes.
