For 2 a days would you copy the accesory exercises from workout 1 to 2 or change it up (For ATG PRO)

Depends on goal… I’d say doubling up on areas you’re trying to bring up. Keep second session limited, not too many exercises. That’s general advice. Really you can do just about anything and get results if form is on point lol, and if you have adequate food and sleep to recover.
