Hey guys, I have a client that has a lot Achilles’ tendon pain (mostly in the morning) and there seems to be a small bulge on the tendon.
I have had her do ankle flossing at night before bed and it helps but she says it still hurts (specifically when walking up the drive way in the morning, so when it’s stretched a bit more than a normal walk)
She is currently working on the zero program.
Btw the ankle flossing is pain free, I have emphasized to her that everything should be pain free.
Stephen I mean a bulge in a tendon doesn’t seem normal. So if you’re going to overcome a structural defect you’re looking at months or years of strength training adaptation.
