How should I change volume in off season vs season

Off season Im probably running 1-2 times a week and kicking 1-2 as well. Usually lifting 6-7 days a week. And I feel great over all.. once I am back to season, should I lift less often? Since I’ll be running and kicking more?? How should I calibrate my volume

@painfreetaekwondo I like to aim for 3 AWESOME sessions in-season. Keep making gains. That worked for me.
