Alleviating vs Bulletproofing:

Sometimes people are so focused on PAIN-FREE to an extreme that they don’t dig in and get bulletproof, which leads to less pain long-term.

The form tells the story: shortening reps might indicate pain is too much, wobbling form, hips shooting back on a squat, dropping fast on a step up.
