I was doing backwards sled for the last while using the treadmill while its off, the manager of the gym won't let me do that anymore, does anyone have any more variations when there is no sled to work with?

Noah it’s not vital:
High rep Poliquin Step Up, ATG split squat, directly warm you up into squats.
Improving full squat has greater bulletproofing benefits.
Reverse step ups are POWERFUL.
By mastering all tools, you don’t “need” any single tool.
