ATG Basics schedule for the week at HQ. Everything in red is proposed ATG Tests: (picture of the test exercises)

SAFEST:

1. Sled 100yd 40kg under 75 sec (every gym will vary in friction)

2. Chin 12 strict reps

3. Low Cable 20 reps x 50% BW

Once those are achieved, you’re safe enough and better be working on:

4. Nordic MSL x 5

5. Dip x 20 shoulders below elbows

6. Air Runner (new model) 30+??? (We have the new one on the way)

7. JustJump Mat 30”

(Every workout, every step, scales or adjusts to the individual)
