Balancing knee strength during exercise

Also on this point, I started ATG because of left knee pain but that knee now feels much stronger than the right knee and could handle more load. But should I just wait until right knee catches up to progress.


Ultan yes I never advise letting one side do more weight. I suggest starting with weak side and only matching on strong side. As you get stronger you’ll get evened out too.

I don’t think the goal is truly 100% even, but with patience you can get pretty dang even, and should at least “chase perfectly even.”
