Hey guys, how do we balance the programs with sport training and sport specific work? Currently doing back ability zero and a sport that requires strong elbows wrist and shoulders, so thinking of specialising in those areas. Not sure if I should tack that on to back ability or do a seperate day for sport specific condition

@Nikiforos86 ultimately, do what feels right… for basketball I liked M-W-F SERIOUS strength development, and skill work Tues-Thurs-Sun. This worked better in the off-season than daily skill work.
