Basketball for Conditioning: Lessons Learned

I play basketball every Sunday right now and that’s working great as my conditioning. The 6 months prior I didn’t do any conditioning, which I think is a mistake. The 2 months before that I used the Air Runner which feels like an unfair advantage since it’s more expensive than everything else I use combined.

I think ATG-style conditioning/plyo once a week is a healthy addition vs not having them. But those options need to expand.
