Customizable Shred for One-Foot Jumping

For Today’s Shred I skipped curls and added Nordic Eccentrics, meaning 3 sets each Ham Curl and Nordic Eccentric. Poliquin told me the #1 secret to one foot jumping is eccentric knee flexion

My current primary goal is one-foot jumping (for basketball, off either leg). Just an example of how easy it is to customize Shred.

Not the world’s most complex program. Very simple. Lots of potential results. Great in-person flow for clients.
