What are the differences from Shred Phase 1 to Shred Phase 2??
I know the reps change but what is the difference in what ur goal is?

Justin I didn’t make that program but in general: 3 sets more reps, 4 sets less reps, that’s all.
Classical Charles Poliquin training would allow more sets and heavier loads after a period of less sets and higher reps. Fernando Lopez made that program and he studied in person with Charles numerous times.
