Doubling up on legs for jumping gains.

Which one out of legs/posterior do you recommend doubling up on for maximum jumping gains? Or double up on both legs and posterior?

Whichever you’re weaker on, usually: legs. Because legs does of course also develop the posterior quite a bit.
