Hello guys! Do we have any excercises within ATG for someone that develop es abductor TENDINOPATHY ( longus) near pelvis .
If you have any tips , a client Await a for some solucion that might benefit. Appreciate any experience .
Augusto this may or may not apply, but Ben Clarfield taught me to use 5 seconds down, 5 second pause, and even 5 seconds up… 5 reps, to turn a movement like an ATG Split Squat into an extra-helpful solution against pain. Marcel has also used this successfully for the Seated Goodmorning.
