Freak athlete checklist for females


We may have this already and I have missed it, so I’m sorry if that’s the case. 

Do we have a freak athlete checklist for females? I have a pro MMA fighter at my gym that I’ve trained with a few times and she crushes all female standards with ease essentially (as she should). 

I want to push her and see how she would do with freak standards as that’s more her speed anyway. I’m sure she’s already reached freak standards for more than a few lifts.


Ryan not enough experience for women but we generally found 80% of leg numbers and 66% of upper numbers were on par.
