For group classes would you lead through a warmup or jump right in with a warmup set of the first exercise for each?

Max all depends on the class… Women’s classes (mostly moms) at ATG meant: Sled, 3 ATG exercises, repeat.
For athletes I would do exactly what I wrote up earlier today. No warm ups outside of what I wrote up.
And yes, with myself and with a one-on-one adult client you can get much more detailed.
It’s all about results. So, for groups of young athletes, you have to get strategic to ensure results since you’re no longer one on one to drive strength increase.
