Also wondering if anyone here has some experience with mastering hang progressions? I'm wondering what building up a one-arm hang alongside my rotator cuff work might do for my shoulder health. Very tired of R.Cuff and hip issues holding me back.

Rotators have so much room to grow it’s insane. Magic stuff. But it’s amazing how strong they can be vs where they are before progressively training them. Rotator, Powell, Trap-3, KEEP GOING. Lifetime of gain compared to the same version of yourself not improving those 3.
