Does anyone ever feel it in their iliopsoas when they squat heavy for depth? It's the strangest thing I've dealt with on and off for years
Feeling that on squats is super common. Elevate heels and/or keep improving Seated GM. It usually just means the hip is running out of my room. I used to get back front hip pain when squatting deep. That was many years ago, before Seated GM was a staple in the ATG system.
