How to improve recovery and muscle gain?


Anyone here an expert in diet/nutrition ? Have a college basketball player who wants to recover faster [to enable him to train more] while adding a few pounds of muscle this off season [only 1-5 pounds max] Any direction helps, I have no knowledge on protein/calorie intake or the types of food/supplements produce results


Haven good wake-up for @keegancoach and Ben Clarfield to have some basic diet write-ups…

“ATG” doesn’t have diet advice… But some of the leaders of ATG have extensive results with it

Sadly, diet gets too conflicting. But sharing what has worked, with EXTENSIVE results, is obviously valuable.

Those guys could give advice on reasonable muscle mass gain, in their sleep.
