Hey Ben, when do we start implementing Sprinting/Jump work if we’re on Dense?

Would it be on one of the rest days, or after an ATG session?

@stephenprimal at ATGHQ we have historically done athletic stuff on Sundays. However, it hasn’t seemed to matter too much how it’s woven in. The general rules of thumb are:

Don’t jump if you can’t sprint. Don’t sprint if you can’t sprint backward. And therein you have a smooth progression: walk backward, job backward, sprint backward, then you have forward, then you have up.

Up is a combo of the muscles that make you go forward and the ones that make you go backward.
