Also Ben , what might be a better way to progress someone with shitty shoulder rotators over time, besides just doing week after week of DB Externals and Face Pulls? I’m sure this can be covered well in a Thursday call.

Dumbbell and cable rotators is a simple short and long range formula for rotators. Poliquin used those as superset to bring up poor rotators fast. Then there are more advanced exercises but dumbbell and cable worked great for me to bring people with bad shoulders up quick.
