Managing Overuse Injuries in Training

What’s y’all’s thoughts on overuse injuries

Could I do dips every week for years at a time or is some sort of variation necessary

Or would doing paused dips be enough variation

@Harlie_Dalzell it’s all a math equation. Many variables: frequency, volume, intensity, structural Balance.

So theoretically you can push your body as hard as you want and be fine. If you break down, it just means it exceeded what you could handle/recover from.

I am so grateful to be able to train, I’m pretty conservative with my programming. Dips every other week is good enough for me.
