Im still unable to get a split squat on my right leg .
I tried working short ranges ( sled / Poliquin) and the pain is there only on split squat ( scale of 6-7) but i have no problem performing sissy squats .
Full bend squats the pain is around (4/5) . I dont want to avoid leg day 😩
Im going to keep applying pressure to the grind tho
Kevin if full bend hurts then usually there is something internally that’s trying to heal. The frequency of full bend doesn’t need to be often and should be regressed. Floss band VMO Squat would be the most advised in terms of working on bend, while using sleds and step ups and hamstrings and ankles to bolster the lower body in meantime.
