The message I want to get across is that things like pullovers and trap-3 raises are helpful for the lower back and that getting the whole body into motion and patched up may be necessary to know if you’d got a good low back or not!
The usual: Lower back pain = drugs = more chance of surgeries because you can’t even feel the pain as much!
And if you go to a trainer you typically are taught not to improve your lower back’s ability!
So ATG is a duty.

But to get that little bit of knowledge across and teach a PULLOVER I have to work my way there with points 1 and 2.
