First week of doing the new ATG basics program...

Initial purpose of it was to more rapidly warm up for squats, and get a good split squat session with less weight.
But… more tools also unlock more things: Split squats, Split squat pulses, Split squats w/ pause at bottom (amazing for mobility), all useful tools for us.
I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s session and helping people through it in the gym.
