I wanted to ask how people keep from having tight as hamstrings after doing Nordics and RDLS for example?

Hamstrings can experience DOMs and therefore could be gradually built up. Across Zero-Dense-Standards I go very gradually, only doing RDL by the third program, using elephant walks, j curls, back extensions, Seated GMs, eccentric Nordics or ham curls… so the DOMs is very slight compared to jumping into Nordics and RDLs from Day 1, which is fine too. I like that DOMs personally lol!
