The QL seems to be capable of great strength improvements like you have seen, though! Underrated muscle.

Definitely!! Poliquin called it the “secret” to rotational power. I used: QL, Pull-ups, Split squat, Step ups, Low Back to help a guy jack his long drive up to the longest drive that year on the pro long drive circuit! We didn’t do any rotational drills! And he was dunking by the end!! I kid you not!!

Look up Steve Monroe. We just couldn’t get him to stay consistent. Good guy at heart but had his battles outside of sport. But… Success leaves clues.
