Had a relapse with my patella tendonitits pain last couple of weeks, usually some backwards walking and some deep squats with stretching helps a lot, but im not getting any relief. Anybdy got any advice on how i can relieve the pain ?

Beau online advice: WHOLE SYSTEM: sled, reverse step up, ATG split squat, full squat, KNEE FLEXION, lower legs! Progressive overload… And use flossing to assist getting into the workouts.
Beyond that, see if a seasoned coach is near you! Great idea for coaches to hire coaches and see if something is being missed.
