Do we have standards for the reverse hyper for combat sports athletes? I've got one in my garage and I'm not 100% sure of the best way to program it.

Jeremiah current Standards only uses super accessible equipment. Reverse hyper is awesome. I place hyper in the category of sled. NOT necessary. BUT can be a helpful tool for healing! If you put 10000 pounds on hyper, it’s just doesn’t move. This is why full squats and full seated good mornings are WAY BETTER BULLETPROOFERS in my opinion, based on the physics of the matters. BUT both require way PRECISION and long-term patience. Hope that helps.
