Reverse Sled regression?

Have 2 clients now who feel knee pain reverse but not on sled push

Same with QL extension and ichias problem. Any ideas?

Niclas some thoughts when someone “can’t sled without pain” -

1. What is the surface like? Smooth?

2. Smaller steps!

3. Keep going!

Smaller steps on a smooth surface, 10 minutes, has consistently helped people get OUT of pain who were in pain to begin with. ✅ But then the idea is to use the short range to progress to full range over time, while building up the hamstrings and lower legs and hips/mobility.
