Fastest guys I’ve trained are JACKED along the spine.
This is an eccentric trap-3 raise, arbitrarily done with a 45 pound plate. (video of trap 3 raise done on a back extension machine with a plate) Probably better with dumbbells, just exploring.

This is all just play. I think the basics forms are best. But ECCENTRIC dumbbell external rotations, ECCENTRIC trap-3 raises, ECCENTRIC Powell raises, may be king for shoulder bulletproofing.
