Hey all, one of my soccer athletes has some soreness behind the knee… no pop or anything , able to fully go during practice. Just sore. Thinking it’s a low hamstring issue but any modifications you’d recommend to the in-season soccer program I.e J curls, like RDLs instead?

JR I like high rep ham curls and high rep single leg pike reps. Then progressing each to lower reps (heavier ham curls, RDLs). Classic Ben C + Keegan insights.
