I have a client whose ankle is fixed, so she cant move it up/down/sideways. How would you train the calves?lower leg strength? Explosive power? How would you get bloodflow down to the foot?
Eddie I would do slow forward sled drives and smooth but more rapid backward sled drags. I.e. sets of 30 meters slow and heavier sled. Set of 10 minutes backward to finish. Maybe twice a week, just a guess.
