Supporting program for calisthenics athlete.


Anyone have any experience working with calisthenics athlete? I'm trying to work out what a good supporting program to go with their skills practice might be?

My guys does bar freestyle and is working on levers, handstands, and planche rn.


@imDrake757 rotators and pullovers have been great ones (since they’re usually amazing at dips and chins), and ATG split squats and Nordics for the lower body have been very helpful to stabilize the knee.
