I have a client with tendonitis that she experiences mostly only from db external rotation. Anybody have recommendations? Right now, I progress her the same a tendonitis anywhere by trying to get blood in the area through motion and exercise and slowly expanding her rom to where it’s pain free. She has gained more pain free rom since starting.
Ryan rotators can be trained short range (cable) and long range (dumbbell)… Both are amazing for preventing long term shoulder tendinitis. But the short range work may be gentler for volume in early stage if someone has issue.
