I have a question for anyone who's been messing around with the back ability zero program:
My current beginners route is to take new people through Knee Ability zero 8-12 weeks and assess form standards before moving forward through something like dense. Currently one client is undertrained and has back issues so we've started with Back Ability Zero and intend to take her through Knee Ability Zero after about 12 weeks. Is there another way that's worked well for anyone here for me to consider?

Back Zero also has solid knee basics, so you could go from that, into further programming.
In fact, as a coach I suggest using templates but customizing every one-on-one client’s training.
