@Kneesovertoesguy What program would you recommend someone who is training for a triathlon (run, bike, swim) I am currently using dense and haven’t mastered all 30 standards, but I have a triathalom on March 14th that Iwant to prepare for. Should I keep doing dense or maybe one of the speed programs?
When it comes to programs, I’ve basically found it takes someone LIVING IT to effectively market. Writing and marketing programs are two very different things. With ATG, we want both.

But again, someone would have to live that goal and coach others through that goal to schedule both the running and ATG. Because the running alone with have its own strategies of preparation.
