@Kneesovertoesguy hey Ben what is the best way to to still work towards the atg standards but using the newest format of 3 days per week Pro or basic program ? For example if I want to work towards the poliquin step up standard on the lower body day? If wanted to do that should I put in some more sets on that movement and perhaps less on the split squat and back squat or how would you suggest ?

Daniel yep, if bringing up a specific point, I’d either do more sets and/or a second session on it later in the week.
