Hi wanted to see if anyone has trained a person who was double jointed in the legs? Whether any movements would need to be adjusted because of hypermobility
@Unlockingmovement fortunately I haven’t seen the need to change anything. I worked with a hypermobile girl in person, early on at ATG, and it got her off painkillers. Changed the game for her…
For stiff people they can gain new range… For loose people it can stabilize their range!
If you don’t strength train through full range, you may stay too tight or weak.
So it seems like if hypermobile people avoid strength in the range they do have, that can make them too weak and vulnerable in those ranges.
This is just observation.
