Hey guys, i am able to do step ups, and i have significant range, but i always struggle with balance, what is the right strategy, to train the step ups with balance? Should I regress till the point, i don't have to struggle for balance and build it up from there?

Prateek balance is a great side effect of step ups. You get stronger in the muscles that balance you. So I’d say, keep working on it! 👍
