@Kneesovertoesguy I just started working with a high level baseball player—high school kid. I know you have trained some of the best baseball players in the world. Did you mostly use Basics? Do you have specific tips for baseball? I’ve already noticed that he has a significant imbalance in QL rotational strength.
Also planning on hitting external rotators hard.
Geoff ATG Basics program is a great start for baseball because it’s so diagnostic! And baseball you use EVERYTHING in the ATG system. Add grip/wrist to finish every session.
