Any thoughts on doing two sessions of standards per day for a competitor athlete ? For example one in the morning and one at night. Or would you be at more risk of overuse ?

Haven I’ve seen results with it for people who have no other jobs in life but athlete.
However, I’d still personally err on the side of one magical session per day. I personally like one session even if it rolls longer, than breaking up two. That’s just me. Doesn’t mean two doesn’t work.
