(For main upper body exercises)

Dip, Incline, Neck, was the general framework, with Chin, Face Pull, Row.

In person and even on the app with my own program now I rotate. I don’t use a one week formula.

10 x 3 incline

10 x 5 dip

10 x 8 DB shoulder

Is what I’m leaning toward for “off season athletic muscle”. And I’d pair incline which opens up range for Face Pull. Dip opens up range for Row, DB Shoulder opens up range for Chin Up. I’d use Face Pulls x 8, Rows x 8, Chins x 3.
