VMO Front Squat Pulses for Knee Pain Relief

I experimented with a variation of this, after front squats, I did VMO Front Squat Pulses at the bottom. Added some reps/half reps up and down, and just playing around with the movement. Not suitable for weak knees, ankles or balance!

Maurits Myhre major VMO development from those! One of the best Chinese Olympic weightlifting gyms goes like this:

“Knee hurts on squats?” =

“Elevate heels and squat through it!”

VMOs grow, knee pain goes down, lifts go up. That’s an extreme approach, but it’s interesting how it still works so well.
