Connor most people need extra lower body stretching due to running, biking, etc. And people hire me for lower body problems. Lower body is the workhorse. Upper is the dexterity. Relatively speaking.
Extra lower body stretching assists getting into positions. It’s not vital. Just as extra upper body stretching could assist upper body positions, but isn’t vital.
Thousands of people ask me for help with lower body mobility. Can’t remember the last time I was asked for upper body mobility beyond what can easily be achieved with the ATG upper body exercises.
